 CareerOne is one of the leading online job boards in Australia. CareeOne is part of News Digital Media, the online division of News Limited. Client main locations: Australia | Initially engaged to define a product roadmap aligned to business strategy, we also contributed to the conception and technical design of the new CareerOne platform and introduced agile methodology to the in-house development team.  Decizium: Established in April 2004, deciZium is a spin-off from Mons Polytechnic Faculty, specializing in decision support. Originally from the Mathematics & Operations Research Department , its roots lie in the "Your Tour" project.

DeciZium has launched a unique tourism application for the creation of "tailor-made" tours - the result of over 10 years of mathematical research under yourtour.com. The client needed a rapid handover of responsibilities from another outsourcing supplier that had been unable to complete the platform in time & with the necessary attention to detail. Pantha Corp performed a detailed code analysis and architectural review that was used in prioritizing the development teams work backlog. Pantha Corp also introduced Agile methodology to the client, trained and coached the client's team and continue to provide agile consulting to date. Outcome: After a 4-month period in which the major bugs of the platform were closed and performance and stability improved, the Your Tour platform was launched in beta to the public.  Revelis: communication, online marketing and web design
Client main locations: France | Revelis engaged Pantha Corporation to architect, build and launch the 1001artists e-commerce platform: an online art marketplace, where artists sign-up to show and sell their art directly to customers without intermediaries. We setup the full team in a short 2 weeks period with our offshore team in India Our recommendation was to use the Magento ecommerce open-source solution as a base, as it seemed most suited with its large range of e-commerce & internationalization features, extensibility and robustness. We heavily extended Magento to enable marketplace functionality We used our agile methodology through out the project to build test and launch the ecommerce platform.
